Smith Miller "Smitty" Drive-O Dump Truck with working handcontrol cable

An original Smith Miller "Smitty" toy "Drive-O" dump truck. This features a working hand-held remote control and control cable. The control has both forward/reverse movement and steering control. A crank that turns the sleeved cable spins a cog and chain to drive the rear wheels. 

The "grip" control also shifts the cable to adjust a linkage to steer the front wheels. Manual crank to operate dumping box. All parts are working as intended. 

Light paint wear and chips around the edges. Door decals look good on both sides and are intact. Please refer to photos, because of the age and nature of this collectible, it was plays with by boys.

Measures approximately 12" long. 6" wide, 6" tall. Displays wonderfully.
