Jonathan Winters "Thoughts of a Disturbed Cat"

How does one describe art by Jonathan Winters, I think the title of this artwork says it all. "Thoughts of a Disturbed Cat". This is one of his earlier pieces done in mixed media or Giclee. The owner before me bought the flat artwork at a local auction then had it professionally framed with museum grade mat board and archival glass.

Measures frame measures 21-1/2" x 18", art that shows is 13-1/2" x 10-1/2".
