18K Gold Cross Pendant Enhancer with Cultured Pearls

Offering a 18K gold cross pendant enhancer features a fluted four-way cross designed  and accented with pearls and diamonds.  The center pearl has four tiny diamonds surronding it.  This can be worn with a gold chain or a string of pearls, as it has a hinged bail that opens that has a safety catch, see close up in pic, so you can clip it over a string of pearls.
