Edwardian Sterling Silver Amethyst Negligee Necklace

Offering a sterling silver Edwardian negligee necklace that features amethyst cabochon tear drops that dangle from a larger amethyst centerpiece. The amethysts are modified emerald and pear-shaped cuts smooth cabochon tops with faceted backs. The stone is flush with the mount, but all the facets can be seen through the stone.

The amethysts are Rose De France amethyst, a color of amethyst known for their paler, lilac tones. All three stones are bezel set in sterling silver; the two tear drops connect to rectangular stone with sterling silver bars. The stones hang from a sterling silver chain.
