14K Gold Cultured Pearl Ring

Offering this 14k gold ring with a cluster of 13 dainty cultured pearls approx. 4.75 mm each and interspersed with four tiny stones. I can't get the diamond tester to hold on the small stones, so can't say what the stone is. This ring is a size 8 and weighs 5.47 grams.
