14K Gold Ruby & Diamond Ring

Rubies and Diamonds Oh My. A statement 14k gold ring with emerald shape rubies and surrounded by round diamonds on the top and bottom. The band is 5.5 mm wide at the top The center row of emerald cut 11 rubies is 5mm by 3mm in graduated sizes down to 3mm by 1.5mm. There are two rows of 11 graduated round diamonds approx. 2mm to 1mm. Rubies and diamonds are prong set. All rest in a nice wide band starting at 5mm down the the center back at 3.5mm. There is an inscription Inside of the ring reads "Always, Bill" Ahhh.
